Step-by-Step Application Process

Follow this sequential roadmap from voucher acquisition to certified submission and enrollment.

01
Phase 1

Acquire an Admission E-Voucher

Purchase your e-voucher online or via Mobile Money USSD to receive your credentials.

~2 minutes
  • Purchase online on this portal using Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT) or Visa/Mastercard.
  • Alternatively, dial *790*0# on your phone without internet access and follow the USSD prompts.
  • You will immediately receive an SMS containing your 12-digit Serial Number and confidential PIN.
  • Save both credentials securely — each voucher unlocks one MCA application draft.
Helpful Tip: Never share your PIN. The Pharmacy Council Admissions Office will never ask for your PIN over the phone.
02
Phase 2

Log In with Serial + PIN

Enter your credentials on the portal. No separate account registration is needed.

~1 minute
  • Navigate to the Login page and select the E-Voucher Login tab.
  • Input your 12-digit Serial Number and secret PIN exactly as received via SMS.
  • On first login, your voucher is validated and an official MCA application draft is created for you.
  • You do not need to register a separate email or password.
Helpful Tip: If you leave the portal, simply log in with the same Serial Number and PIN to continue your application.
03
Phase 3 • Form Step 1

Personal Bio, Ghana Card & Photo

Provide verified personal details, emergency contacts, and statutory identification.

~5 minutes
  • Enter your full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and residential address.
  • Upload a clear passport-sized photo (recommended 470×470 px, plain white background).
  • Upload a clear photo or PDF scan of your Ghana Card (National Identification).
  • Provide bio and active contact details for your parent, guardian, or next of kin.
Helpful Tip: Ensure your names match your official Ghana Card precisely to prevent verification delays.

Phase 3 • Form Step 2

Examination Settings & Grades

Enter WASSCE/SSSCE grades, or use Matured Student entry if you qualify under Council policy.

~5 minutes
  • Select your application mode: WASSCE/SSSCE, Advanced Level, Matured Student, or Other.
  • Standard path: enter exam sitting, index number, centre, board, and core/elective grades.
  • Mature / adult path (MSLC or lower qualification): confirm age over 25, at least 3 years of pharmacy work, literacy, and upload certificates — no WASSCE grades required.
  • You can add a second sitting if you combined two WASSCE/SSSCE results.
Helpful Tip: Keep your WAEC slip or MSLC/employment letters nearby so you can verify details before continuing.

~3 minutes
  • Select your First Choice accredited training institution.
  • Select your Second Choice accredited training institution (choose a different school to increase placement options).
  • Declare whether you are currently employed in a healthcare or pharmacy establishment.

Pro-Tips for a Successful Application

Follow these key practices to ensure your admission review proceeds without delay.

Match Official Names Exactly

Enter names in the exact sequence and spelling found on your Ghana Card and WAEC certificate. Discrepancies cause delays in verification.

Automatic Draft Saving

You do not need to finish everything in one sitting. Every step auto-saves, and you can log back in with your Serial and PIN anytime.

Choose Two Distinct Institutions

Select different schools for Choice 1 and Choice 2 to give yourself the best chance of placement in accredited centers.

Review Before Certifying

Take two minutes on the Data Verification step to review every field. Once you click "Certify & Print", your submission is locked.
